When anyone approaches the officers for some work, corrupt officers get a chance to demand money for work. Though Officers here are not like Assam or Delhi, still some of they do ask for money for getting work done.

E-governance should be considered with priority. We have been demanding for it for so long. No one wants to face some of the corrupt officers who always look for money. Proper vigilance of the tasks should be done and every task has to be done with first come first basis, not by money.

Yes, in Pasighat Market rain water has no passage. A drainage system has to be implemented which should last at least for 100 years. Proper planning will be need. Also the sewage should not be dropped in river or some of the perennial water sources.

Along with e-governance one thing what I find in the discussion very important about the drainage system of whole Pasighat and specially Pasighat Market area. Pasighat Market during rainy season is just a lake where mosquitoes along with many water born diseases flourish. So the drainage system has to be considered as one the important factor with 1st priority.

After Independence we did start some world-class educational institutes such as the IITs and IIMs which recognised and rewarded merit (and not how much money you can fork out to enter to these hallowed portals) but short-sighted politics has started dumping-down the standards to a lower common denominator level.

For e-governance we will have to provide public with free WIFI at least for the tasks that can be done on the e-governance portal of Pasighat. Not everyone can afford 3G or 4G services

It is the native intelligence of Pasighat students that is our saving grace. We are an innately intelligent people compared to many and therefore, it is no wonder that we thrive when we find a place where our talent is recognised and encouraged to flourish. We will continue to churn out ‘unemployable’ educated people and bemoan the lack of skilled manpower till we sweep out the antiquated education system of ours. Countries that allow young people to question the status quo and find a better way

Youth power can drive our county to new heights. For that only school or college education will not be enough. We will need skill centres to develop specific skills like china. We have got work force. How skilled they are we, and then only we can make changes. Our markets are flooded with Chinese goods, why not MAKE IN INDIA.

Besides these foreign countries provide proper platform to talented youths to showcase there skills and they value those skills and not only that they constantly motivate there citizens and help them in all possible ways.So I think we all Pasighat citizens should get united and we should be made aware about the importance to be skilled and should support each other to develop our skills.

When we talk about the skilled manpower in Pasighat we must concentrate on some key points. Our educational upbringing and our prejudices about the opportunities in Pasighat. We are best in software (look to quick heal software). We are the best in management skills. So we are having a potent manpower but if we are lacking somewhere it is in the effective utilization of the commodity we have got.The statement of lack of skilled manpower in Pasighat.
