In our Pasighat most of the people are hard workers. People are working for daily wages. Because of they have to work for earning the income. Now a days technologies has improved even though man need to be operate the machine. There is need for man. So as we are the Indians we should be accept the manpower without man there will not be a proper work environment.

Less cost and they pay less amount to Pasighat because here employment is less there is competition among people so, they are ready to work even at less salary.- Government should open new research centre, concentrate on industries, improve education system, good infrastructure, pay more to employee so, they will not leaves our motherland.

Unfortunately, after Independence, we continued with the same education system we had inherited. Our system lays over emphasis on cramming theory; practical application is very much given the short shrift. Think of what happens to a child in school, if he or she is fortunate enough to be in one; from an early age we are taught to learn by rote, we are discouraged to ask questions lest we embarrass the class teacher.

However, there is no proper waste management system in JN College, Campus. Thanks to the NSS Unit J N College, Pasighat for maintaining cleanness in the campus and around. However the municipal should take care of it. NSS Boys and Girls cannot do it during exam times. In a year I had seen the municipal Garbage Disposal Van only twice or thrice not more that.

Hello! That is right. During vacation when only few staffs are there in the campus I find boys and girls sitting behind my house. Though I have fitted a light on the back of my house still it is not enough. Sometimes they also drink alcohol at night and through stones on staff quarters. So make every look and corner of the campus

    13. I live in JN Campus area. In my area water, network, and to some extent street lights are good. But I would like to see whole of the campus having street light, fitted with CCTV Cameras. Because unsocial elements they often find hide outs in the dark. There should be no area left uncovered with street light.

    11. Street light in whole of the Pasighat is just missing. Hardly anyone can walk on the streets after 7 PM. It is like walking with ghosts in the dark. Once when I was a kid we played under the street light. I want to see my town lit with street lights everywhere

Some will not know that in my locality why the mobile network so weak does. I can hardly open a page. How will we be able to do the feature that has been added to smart city proposal of Pasighat? Please, administration should take care of it. If possible establish a wifi zone for our locality.

    9. Drainage system will be more important for me, as I am resident of Pasighat Market. During rainy season, there is water logging all around my house. Mosquitoes… everyone in my house suffers from malaria and now dengue is making life hell. Hospitals were also full no bed for patients.
