Referring to discussion of shortcoming in language in last proposal, it is to suggest that this time, there should be no lacking in any component of proposal. The proposal should be elaborated with appropriate language or terminology so as to make it appealing. This part should be managed by the counselling firm.

As referred on shortcoming in language,it is to suggest that the proposal should be elaborated with appropriate terminology. As the proposal is purely technical, the consultancy firm should manage this part to make the proposal appealing. This time Pasighat should top the list.

As i learn from the radio discussion, there was a consultancy firm to help in preparing the smart city proposal last time but they did not find the lacking. So, this time, the firm should also take serious on new proposal. There should be no loophole. If possible complete draft proposal should be made public few days ahead so that interested citizen could give further suggestion for addition or deletion.

    Tourism:
Tourism is one of occupation where it keeps growing every year by year. Though due to improper plans and help of the government it has came to a near halt. Though there are some entrepreneurs who keep keenly involved in this business. But without proper infra structure and connectivity it is not possible to attract more tourists who can be the source of influencing more to visit this place. Infra structural development is all about to attract tourist.

in the vicinity of Pasighat, people are always searching skilled labour/person like plumber, mason, fitter attorney, professor, teachers, builders, architecture, professor, physicians etc in their daily life. Today E-Waste is also a great threat. The environmental effects can be horrific. Most electronic waste goes through a recycling system called a WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment), which recycles 95-98% of E-Waste. Bio-Toilets may be provided where toilets constructed in slum areas cannot be connected to drain lines. Rating may be done for all wards of Pasighat every year to promote competition among them on green and clean.

The problem of unemployment can be effectively mitigated by promoting the handloom & Handicraft products by increasing the quality of the product which will automatically increase the market demand and income generation. Moreover, there is wastage of vegetables, fruits etc. in spite of high yield due to non-availability of cold st
