. As the town Pasighat is under the project to become a smart city. Our view including it is that if pasighat is projected to become a smart city then first it had to solve the problem of electricity because in pasighat there is very rare electricity has been provided, even some time light. the problem of electricity is solved then it would be the first step taking to become a smart city.

The main thing for smart city is the ICT which means information and communication technology which is must. When there will be well developed in ICT the maximum work will be done by the internet system by online and many official works.

drainage is one of the very important things because if drainage system will not good the town will look very dirty. Smart city will be like this the transportation, technology, water, health care, drainage, education, high way these all things must be available. Park will also be need. Pasighat have many natural resources like Siang river, Sirki waterfall, Siang is big river, if out officer will construct hydro power, the pasighat people will never suffer of electricity. Sirki is very beautiful

In The Pasighat there are so many genius, scholars and high skilled unemployed youngsters. But they did not get proper opportunity for showing their skills, there are less number of industries and working areas for technical skilled persons, less numbers of schools and colleges.

I think that skilled manpower is much more than what we need in India but due to shortage of opportunities and less space everyone chooses to settle not in India but outside India in a well developed country. Moreover every company take Indian students from campus selection and take them.

In my point of view, I would like to say the Indian education system must be changed to the practical oriented method from the theoretical system. We have to give more respect to the creativity rather than the marks obtained in the schools, college, university. That is gonna be the good solution to the lack of performance. We have to make more opportunities to the creative pupils and peoples. Finally I suggest that the mark based system should be abolished thoroughly from our Pasighat.

We compare and Compete with the different educations systems between states but fail to compare with that of other countries. Countries like Japan, UK. Provide Practical Education whereas we people are still BOOKWORMS.The root cause for this shortage is the poor educational scheme and lack of opportunities and solution to this problem is in the hands of Government of India.

As I felt the biggest problem of cities is the garbage problem. The solution for this can be be the small small biodegradable plants.these small plants can be run by local entrepreneur with the help of local public of the city.because of this cleanliness of the city will increase, pollution of the city degrade.
