Winner Announcement for Reel Competition – Walk to The Monuments or Sites of Indian Independence
As a part of Independence Day Celebrations 2025, a Reel Competition on the theme ‘Walk to The Monuments or Sites of Indian Independence’ was conducted by the Ministry of Defence in collaboration with MyGov from 1st June to 31th July 2025 in order to create patriotic feelings among youth and masses across the nation.
The Competition received 1271 entries from different age groups and across different states. We are pleased to announce the top 3 winners who will receive a cash prize along with an invitation pass by the Ministry of Defence, Government of India for self and one companion (Spouse/parents/son/daughter/ relative, etc) to witness Independence Day Celebration to be held on 15th August 2025 at Red Fort, Delhi. Further, the other 50 top participants will also receive the invitation pass.
It may be noted that all the expenses related to travel, lodging, food etc. to attend the ceremony will be borne by the individuals and their one companion (Spouse/parents/son/daughter/ relative etc). However, travel by Delhi Metro will be free of charge with e-invitation to reach the venue (Red Fort). Further, it may be noted that the children below 05 years will not be allowed to attend the ceremony.
