Winner Announcement of the IEPFA Independence 2.0 Quiz
To boost investor education & awareness, IEPFA on MyGov platform, conducted an online quiz from 14th Sep, 2021 to 25th Oct, 2021. A total of 46,769 entries were received till 25th Oct, 2021. The highest peak for the quiz was observed on 15th Sept, 2021 with 8,433 submissions. Kerala topped the table in state wise participation with 11,121 submissions followed by 4,685 from Uttar Pradesh and 3,774 from Delhi. The quiz constituted of 10 awareness centric questions to be answered in 400 seconds. Winners were adjudged based on maximum number of correct responses. If multiple participants had given the same number of correct answers, the participants who took the least time to complete the quiz, were adjudged the winner.
In the quiz, 51.5% were males and 48.5% females out of which 31.48% contestants belonged to the 18 to 24 years of age group. The top 3 cities in the contest were Kochi, Delhi and Bengaluru. The highest participation, 30,118, was received from below 18 years age group. Although the Gratification details mentioned the declaration of 20 Winners, after seeing the spirit & enthusiasm of the participants, it was decided that a list of 30 winners must be declared and Certificates should be given to them.
Out of all the winners who answered correctly, first 30 (who took the least time to complete the quiz), will be given certificates by IEPFA. Out of those 30 winners, the best 3 will be given one additional prize (prize to be announced later). IEPFA is thankful to all the participants for taking the time out to make this event worthwhile.
