Please plan to include cycleing /joining tracks in parallel with all roads, so that citizen feel encouraged to use cycle as a safe mode of transport within the City limits. These cyclying tracks may be made all weather by erecting scafoldings providing shed and structure to install solar panels to harness electricity. Solar power harnessed can be used to power Street lights along the proposed cyclying track.
Hope this site is monitored and inputs acted upon. I will be glad to share my inputs.
