Satellites –
Until 2014, Bharat had launched only 4 satellites made by students or the private sector. However, in the 10 years from 2014 to 2024, this number increased significantly, with a total of 13 such satellites being launched, marking a remarkable 225% increase.
Space Launch Missions – The number of launch missions also saw substantial growth. Up until 2014, Bharat had completed 42 launch missions. In the decade that followed, from 2014 to 2024, there were 55 missions, representing a 31% increase.
Launching Foreign Satellites – ISRO’s performance in launching foreign satellites demonstrates even more dramatic progress. Before 2014, ISRO had launched just 35 foreign satellites. In the subsequent 10 years, ISRO launched 397 foreign satellites, reflecting an impressive 1034% increase and solidifying its global standing in space missions.
