Make in India could be utilised for promoting HMT Tractors for exporting to Asian Countries.Young men of finance, HR, Production should be recruited to induce new energy for quality Tractors. New infusion of fund is the need of the time.Old timers can not change their mind set to cope up with the new challenges and competition. Infuse new blood, working capital so that the assets which was created during Prime ministerJawahar Lal Nehru era could cope with the challenge and be self sustainable

i am from mangalore, karnataka. there are many eligible swim persons from mangalore who can be trained for national and international swimming events, but there is not enough support from the local corporation. the swimmers do not get enough space and time in the existing corporation pool for training, more importance is given for the general public than the actual swimmers. there is no encourgement and help from the local authorities.kindly get in touch with the local authorities.

Every city has public sector units, few of them are sick but most of them have a lot of free space & good access. Would suggest that the central govt’ propose to ear mark 25 – 100 acre depends on availability handover to a committee headed by district collector to build world class facilities (European / Australian firms must be engaged), this can be self-sustaining by taking members say at Rs. 100,000 – 250,000/-, part of this can be earmarked for sponsoring deserving children.

The surplus land could be utilized for establishing new production unit. Like HMT Unit in Pinjore Haryana has more than 489 acre of surplus land. HMT Could be provided the required relief and help in the form of Working capital so that tractor could also be produced. Govt should allot quota of HMT Tractor for all the states so that HMT Tractors could be made sustainable. Without working capital no production and sale and thus no salary for the workers for morethan 9 months.Employ young people

More than 15 Million Youth are joining workforce every year. However do to inadequate skills, Graduates are increasingly becoming unemployable. Englineering or MBA Degree are becoming mere piece of papers. Government is spending large money on Skilling India through NSDC, where 90% of the funds are used for English Training (Very Basic level). Private players are siphoning funds with fudged data on Placement. Govt. must promote ITI/Polytechnic for improving skills sets. India need Hard Skills

At least one sports to be made compulsory from class 6 to 10. Children free to choose one sport – indoor or outdoor. Marks to be added in curriculum. Parallels, sports academy to be opened. At least 5 in each city. So far we have facilities in metro cities. India has approx. 600 districts. So 3000 academies with a establishment budget of 5 cr, will give gdp boost of 15 thousand crore.it will give rise to domestic production of sports good, and consumption will increase. Gdp growth by 1 lac crore

Can India make a research relief fund kind of plan, where people can fund on a research for a cause. Earthquake is one of them. If people contribute money towards that fund, they should get tax benefit up to a point. I am not sure what benefit you can give if NRI contributes :). needless to say that money should utilized on Desh Bhakt and intelligent scientists, not to the greedy scientists/managers.
