India has been making steady progress in the field of sports, but it has potential to do much more. If right steps are taken towards development of sports culture, integration of sports and education, early spotting of talent, strong support to sportspersons through top-class coaching, competition exposures, sports science and sports medicine support, etc., India can emerge as a sports super power. For developing sports superpower india should am to establish sports village in 4-5 states of r.one state should be dedicated for sports projects only.India should aim to host an international tournament once in 2 year.Prior to big events such as olympics,commonwealth games,Asian Games,world tournament we should play games in simulating condition with our freind countries for acclimatization of our players. We should also guarrentee job to players who have dedicated their life to sports only
To make India a sports superpower competition should be held at regular interval between various national level sports college .Candidates should be given facilities,coaching,& other aids of international par.3 monthly competition should be held in various colleges.Yrly international tournament be held between various groups & bilateral one such as ,SAARC,ASEAN,BRIC,European nation ,OPEC, also biateral such as pakistan,England,China,America,Japan,& australlai. Also should plan for sports village
We should devlope the network of sports college at various levels.In the college the health and nutrition of students should b taken care of.in the beginning yr of admission they should be taught about physical & medical fitness .3-5 sports of their choice or depending on their skill . then gradually they should focus on two sports of their choice & in the last 1 sport should be chosen for which they should be given special coaching at various specilised sports college at various regions.
For development of sports culture we should focus at setting up of sports college at block ,tehsil,district ,division ,regional,stae,zonal,national level.We should plan to develope school at various differnt levels so that sports talents can be trainned at their local block level& the better candidates be promoted to tehsill level.similarly promotion to their higher level be made and a pool of talents be prepared and according to the response programme b modified. competition at every level.
sports is very important that it helps in developement of community feeling helps in developing the habit of team work ,it also let you to develope the habit of digesting the defeat. If we want to be successful we must be in habit of doing …doing selflessly one day surely we will get success. Sports lets us to develope that habit which will help in other walk of life .Therefore developing sports freindly environment will not only make india a sports super power but healthy & prosper India also
For In My suggestion That All school and collage are compulsory as subject to one sport.
Our PM always ask for suggestion in all areas, issues… Ppl are giving so many valuable suggestions from across india… Since 1 yr ppl r sending suggestion only.. Whether its railways related issue, child welfare, women security, swatch bharat.. Bla bla… Nothing asxsuch concerete happening around. I would like suggest state CM should also active these kind suggestion collection from major cities, so that things can be implemented and state gov also can get the idea of around the corner.
For sports encourgment school also play important role. In school level itself they identify the sport enthusatic child and promote toward that paticular. City bases competition should be more where children can participate. Am from hyd where lot sport facilities avliable still proper guidances is lacking. What ever facilities provided by the municipal corp towards sports that is not upto the mark. No proper maintainances of the area, aminities. These basic points has to be look into.
Entry of Politicians and big businessmen or corporates needs to be strictly banned in the sports to keep sports clean and fair.
Administrators and coaches must be strictly punished if found guilty of harassment to players.
sir it’s a proud opportunity to talk/discuss my points with country chief at this platform. Sir i want to make you noticed that in Defence/services the Sports opportunity,policies,controller is worst. Mgt could’t work for exposure.As a physical instructor,I work hard to raise it.But as a whole i dont have such power.All worker in control board is family member.i have a concept that mental and spritual stress can totally manage by games & sports which reduce suicide cases. Plz revised the matter.
