Today we are here to discuss about the topic Lack of skilled labour. Pasighat is not lack of skilled labour, But there is a lack of opportunities, career development and encouragement. That’s why Indians are migrating to other countries. Already we used to hear the Foreigners killed Indians, this is because Indians are more talented then Foreigners.

I agree with that there is a shortage of skilled manpower in Pasighat. This is because of the companies doing their work and given the less salaries and this will rise the migration of the skilled manpower to other countries. Our education system is the one of the best educational system in the world and this one will already proven because of that we can find the Indian in each and every place in the world.

Every Indian is having such a skill and it doesn’t mean that everyone is having the same skill. People may be skilled in different manner and what we have do is that identify their skills and use them accordingly. I always agree to the point that the our education system is lagging far behind the global education standards. We still use the same old system of student teacher interactions, other than that teaching should always be practical so that the STUDENTS ARE ALWAYS TRAINED.

. As far as skilled manpower is concern India has large numbers of skilled manpower. But knowledge without action is waste, there is high unemployment in India. The high unemployment in India is always affecting the economy too. Most of our companies are recruiting personnel from abroad n we are always wanting to go abroad. The is nothing but a huge threat to the nation which is called BRAIN DRAIN.

Pasighat is very rich in resources. For eg the majority of the electricity is produced by means of coal. One of the major constraints faced by our nation is the lack of sufficient labour force or skilled labour force. As We all know that japan is one of the super economies in the world. The qualities of goods produced in Japan is supreme in quality. As a result of this the customers all around the world has trust on the goods produced by Japan.

Let us resolve to contribute to positive attitude in the society. We should firmly stand by our visionary Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi in all the schemes he has initiated such as Make in India, Swachh Bharat, Digital India, Ek Bharat-Shreshth Bharat, Beti Bachao-Beti Padhao and many more. I feel extremely fortunate to see India getting such an immense leader who has already conquered the world attention.

For me the main reason behind that education. There is no proper system in rural areas. The government doesn’t take GD initiative for Govt school they give the students for a laptop, but they don’t take a program how they use them, how the student can in hence the skill. I think that government should make a policy for long turn four in hence the skills.

In my opinion Pasighat didn’t have a shortage of skilled manpower but the thing is that here every one wants to become engineers, doctor, etc in which today everyone competing and at the end the result is only 10 % students were become engineer and doctor.

You ever thought that why our well educated peoples migrate or shifted to US or UK. Because our government doesn’t give proper respect, money &proper facilities to them. So according to me this is also one of the reason of the scarcity of skilled manpower India.

In Pasighata shortage of skilled manpower because our educational system are not that much strong means many teachers appointed by illegally because of that the teachers are not capable to give knowledge to students.
