For the coming generations, we should implement moral classes, yoga classes and skill development centres in our city. E-classes should also be introduced with e-governance. Teachers in government schools are the worst (not all though), that is one reason why people are sending their kids to private schools. See a government school only the BPL students are be studying in these schools, especially in the primary and upper primary schools. How can we hope for the better tomorrow?

Smart Phones are what we all have to do get our jobs done. Design e-governance which should be Smart Phone friendly. District Administration should also use this e-governance for employment related news for the youths.

Eco Tourism has a high potential not only in Pasighat but also in the adjoining areas. The D. Ering Wild Life Sanctuary being well protected naturally by the Siang River now boasts of wide variety of live stock including Water Buffaloes, Sambar, Boars, Elephants and even Tigers. Safaris can be organized to attract tourism.

Trees should be counted in every area of my city. It should be considered as a governmental property. Any tree should only be removed only after getting a clearance certificate from the government. Also hunting should be completely banned. Some of our friends take pride in killing a wild animal.

I want to see all the building roof tops with greenery and solar panels. Government should assist and make compulsory for everyone to have these fitted over their roof tops. Rain water harvesting should also be implemented in area. The ground water is getting deeper and deeper.

Any city can never be kept clean unless there is proper drainage system. Market area especially does not have a drainage system. Main market becomes a pool during rainy season. In the upper area there is drainage system but the drain water is directly flows into a fresh sweet water of Pane Korong. Once it was a source of water for the whole market area. However it is still used by many. Also the small river area has a small slum. At some place concrete structure has been created over it.

In my dreram city, the institution and accommodation building should be a sky toching height (G+extension) so as to accomadate maximum population in a least area thereby making land available for future expansion, construction of maximum number of flyover so as to overcome the problem of traffic congestion.
