Smart city is a good idea.smart city should have a smart people so we should conduct a program to aware about the smart city to the people.development of city is nothing but how we utilise the available resources.in a smart city there should be available of all basic needs most important is there should be a proper transport facility.

Sir Tirupati is becoming a Congested City with influx of piligrims. Govt needs
to decentralize the population growth to other places to reduce Environmental problems like Heat Island effect, Air pollution, Clogged drainages, dis-appearance of Lakes,Gardens etc. Near by major villages,Towns like KARVETI NAGARAM,NARA SIMHARAJA PURAM, CHITTOOR on southern side, Gudur,Nayudupeta on Eastern side by linking with MULIMODEL TRANSPORT SYSTEM-RAILWAY LINES will de congest concentration of population here

Firstly, we must follow Hindu dharma by default who enters the city and living in the city. We must eliminate or eradicate poverty or beggars on any form in the city. Only TWO things must follow everybody, Sanata Dharma and Modernity. So that we can show to the world, we are the best living standard people, those who follows the Hindu religion. We should not encourage competition from other religion like Christian and Muslim. As like Vatican City, it has to develop Tirupati as Sanatana city.

Tirupati is no doubt for development of Hindu Dharma is main aim. But we have to show that the world is inspiring from the same city from common and religious people. We must follow Hindu sanatana Dharma and create awareness accordingly, which will create goodwill on its own. On modern city or Smart city sake, we must not be destroyed our ancient culture and civilization. Govt must update modern amenities and financial needs of the City living population and pilgrimage.

City needs helicopter service to thirumala hills. Before people reaching to thirumala they should given time slot for all offerings, like head shaving, ear boring, room allocated, and dharshan time,so based on it they can visit easily.Fix all type of tickets and dharshan in city itself. It also needs winch service to reach hills.City is having large area but most are dry,so do forest development & water availability.Bring river conectivity to the city.Hill is looking like heaven & down not devloped.

Sir please consider chittoor city for smart city project, instead of tirupati, tirupati is a pilgrimage center where most of the infrastructure needs are funded by TTD, tirumala tirupati devasthanam, there is no meaning in developing an already developed place, though the central government listed chittoor in the list of 100 smart cities earlier, it was removed and tirupati was added, so please do the needfull.
Consider chittoor, it is literally backward in infrastructure needs.

ANDHRA PRADESH BEING NEWLY FORMED STATE, AND HAVING NO INFRASTURE FOR INDUSTRIAL GROWTH EXCEPT IN THE AREAS OF COASTAL LINE NATURALL, AND TRANSPORT TO SOME EXTENT REQUIRES A COUPLE OF SMART CITIES AT THE EARLIEST. EVEN ABOUT GOOD RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN STATE AND CENTRE TILL THE DATE WHY NOT EVEN A SINGLE PROJECT STARTED EXCEPT ANNOUNCEMENTS

Dear Sir, this is a humble request to accept the Tirupati as Smart City since it is the core of RAYALASEEMA, a backward region in India. Though Tirupati city is prosperous(2 or 1) giving the state income in the form of TTD,temples, tourism, red sanders, hotels, waterfalls & a lot more, but due to ignorance of people who only focus on Tourism Besides how their city is developed, now they are slowly understanding that they want to lead a good life like all people in entire country.plz.for Rayalaseema
