Through the citizen-centric platform MyGov, join hands with the Government of India to tackle the unemployment issue.

Being in the grip of slowdown, India’s Job market needs stimulus. (1st) To turn the current tide with uptrend in hiring and new opportunities, the Narendra Modi Government is seeking people’s suggestions on policy reforms and ground level changes through ‘Job Creation’ Group.

Since the launch, the group has witnessed more than 42,000 members voicing their concerns and suggestions regarding job creation in the country.

More than 3,000 members have shared their opinions on checking the ‘brain drain’ as the country is losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here. Also, members have suggested ideas on creating more opportunities to encourage citizens of India. Discussion on creating better employment opportunities in rural areas also exhibited valuable suggestions from people. From encouraging entrepreneurship to developing industries and infrastructure, many useful suggestions have been shared through discussions.

Some of the suggestions are:

  1. Decentralization of industry can helpful to outcome from brain drain and more spiritual to small town development. Talent from rural India can work from nearest industrial area instead of travel to metro cities.
  2. Addressing the ‘brain-drain’ issue at root/local level and providing people/entrepreneur the platform and incubation; where they can do a LIVING with their IDEAS. Importance should be given to retaining BRAINS in their area, since ‘brain-drain at district/state level also brings imbalance to the uniform development within country. Provide financial support to college pass-out.
  3. Brain Drain can only be stopped by providing better work culture and satisfying salary.
  4. Developing infrastructure in remote areas will discourage migration to the cities.

    Sir,
    If you give opportunity to people establish manufacturing unit,there must be more job opportunity create .But i think it is not possible cz in our country all high class people enjoy all govt. facilities . No poor people get any scheme for earning .There is lokabani In our odiya-Telia munda re tela .In our country rich man always richer and a poor man always more poor . So Sir please give attention to poor people to start business unit .It helps country income higher .

      Hello sir,
      I think that "Reservstion" is one of the biggest hurdles which are hindering progress of India.there should be creamy layer/non creamy layer system in ST/SC also,so reservation can benefit more needy person.
      I think it should be like"give it up reservation" like gas subsidy.i believe that if once this thing have started it will spread like gas subsidy.so reservation can be used in a right way.

    Hari OM sir ! uccha shiksha me sudhar ke liye interview system samapt kar dena chahiye. sabhi pariksha pranali ko UPSC or UPSC ke jaisi dusare ayog ke antargat lana chahiye. taki mehanati aur imandar students ko job mil sake.

    Below stated comment is to propose the govt to give a chance by helping me to provide investor or any other way, because it is my vision to develop this product, which is having huge market demand, and we are importing from China, whereas we can manufacture in India at low price than China with much better quality by this reinvented technology.

    I am a very happy and satisfied that INDIAN government doing well in your supervision.

    I have a suggestion for the job selection system.

    Please increase the age limit of general students so they can get more options during their preparation.

    we belong to that category where their is no any type of reservation allowed by the government.

    This is not mine single request but all UNRESERVED students requesting to our government.
    Please focus on that matter

    Sir,there are lots of students who are appear for exam every time for better job but for same grade pay,that make so many student unemploy.So I think we have to make some criteria like CPF(UPSC).those who get job once in a grade then he will not eligible for that grade.Sir take serious action towards this
