    (2) MBA and MCA degrees of IGNOU are recognized by industries what ever be the claim of officials but the bitter truth is this only you can have a national independent survey and feed back about IGNOU from students only and then you can know the actual state of affairs. there is heavy mismanagement of money at the study centre level. coordinators of study centre takes commission from resource person in class allocation, you can imagine the quality of counselling the person shall do.

    (1) Standard of IGNOU is falling day by the. the fees have increased enormously without any increase in facilities. now books have to be collected from study centres earlier it was sent by post to the students. now slabs of late fee has been introduced which are very high which means if you have money you can avail opportunity to fill examination form or re-registration form a week before last day. no proper communication to students are neither made by IGNOU head office nor the study centres.

Sir, the idea of sourcing opinion based on various topics is good, makes it easier to gather our thoughts. However, the problem is in implementation. With innumerable school boards, each with its own criteria for syllabi, continuous assessment, examination, teacher recruitment & teacher training, not to forget the "pressures" of the well heeled in seeking admission, it is a wonder that we have a functional education system. Unless some uniformity is established, no good will come out of ideating

    (1) Please abolish the system of appointment of teachers on contract in vocational and higher education system in state run universities this has an adverse affect on quality education.

    (2) Your policy should not be only for KV and centre run universities and colleges and schools… state run institution of education should also be in your scanner and they must be implemented in state run school and colleges in unison as number of students under state run institution are much higher.

    (1) Overhaul AICTE, NAAC and UGC , the appointed inspectors of NAAC and AICTE are Proffs. of some college only and they are highly corrupt they just give any grade and pass any accreditations on the favour they get on their visit. (2) Vocational courses (MBA/MCA BBM/BCA etc ) run by state Universities affiliated colleges on self funding basis are centers of corruption they donot pay to teachers , no syllabus up gradation, no placement, only 4 hour class daily etc.

there should be made creamy layer in the st,sc and obc categeory and made them fight in the genral categeory to improve the litracy rate in st sc and obc.By this rule the advantage will go to the required person.
there should be increase in the percentage of unreserved seat equal to the percentage of creamy layer made.
this will improve the education quality of the country very much and more talented students will be made.

As per my view we need to make education more practical instead of theoretical. Most of our educated people just memorized study material for single day of exam only to pass that then after they forgot that. So my thought is that education can help him to understand and it’s realistic, So that can be useful to them when they passed out from their colleges. Education ca also need to built confident in them not just rank and marks without capability of explaining it.
